We were greeted by medical assistant Antone, who was very professional and reassuring. He has a nice, relaxed manner and answered all questions thoroughly. Dr. Sood was also quite pleasant and conducted a thorough Q&A session, answered all my questions fully. This was a consultation prior to a colonoscopy, so no actual exam was done.

Dr. Sood is pleasant and efficient, but does not seem to spend much time contemplating the symptoms I describe to her. I have constipation that has worsened over the past few years. She gave me a photocopied sheet with vague instructions to take fiber every day. This has helped, but worsens my acid reflux. To this, she replied, "Take less," as she breezed out of the recovery room after my procedure. Eventually she did prescribe me acid reducer, but that really doesn't solve the problem, does it?

I recently had a surgical procedure performed by Dr. Sood, and was completely satisfied with my experience. So much so, I will be having another procedure done in the near future. Just waiting for a call back to schedule an appointment. That being said, is Dr. Sood overly friendly? No. Did she answer all of my questions without being condescending? Yes. Dr. Sood explained the procedure in detail when I asked her the appropriate questions.

Just had my second colonoscopy performed with Dr. Sood.....from the moment I walked in,I was taken care of with the most professional and friendly staff. No waiting, toasty blankets and smiles on everyone! My thanks to Dr. Sood, Dr. Riley, Portia, Gail and Carherine! I can say it was (almost) fun!!

Rude. 45 late for my appointment time (I understand she had been on call and further understand doctors can have to attend to emergencies, etc.) and offered no apology or explanation when she finally arrived. Very snotty attitude. Superficial engagment, no attempt to establish a rapport. Acted like she could barely be bothered.

Initially was quick and willing to help. When I had side affects from medication and it was no longer working she would not change my medication. This practice also has told me no twice to seeing a different doctor. May be switching soon. I'm not very satisfied with customer service.

No bedside manner. Cold and unfriendly. I couldn't stand this woman! I requested to be switched to a different doctor in the same practice and they refused! Why???? I have since found a much better rated practice. I wouldn't waste my time going to this place, especially since most of the doctors who work here don't even appear to be from America! I should not have to jump through hoops to simply change my doctor. They did me a favor and now I'm going to a better practice.
