Dr. Tsong delivered both my babies and even played the lion king music for me during my c-section. Love her! Excellent doctor!

While she may be technically good at her work, her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. She talks so fast, her exams are quick. If you have any questions after your appointment, she doesn't take calls. You are referred to the PA. I had a serious issue and the office wouldn't let me speak with the doctor, they said I could only make an appointment to see the PA. I've left this practice due to their indifference, lack of doctor/patient communication. I was scared about a health issue and I got more help and compassion from a stone.

Unfortunately , the office staff including of office manager are the downfall of this office in my opinion. The staff making appointments are unclear what insurances they take. A discussion involving the manager was fruitless. They just cancelled the appointment 7 days prior to my visit when they should have never given me an appointment in the first place. Further investigation showed me they DO take the insurance and had in previous years seen me without a problem.
