Dr.Pua is so unprofessional. She canceled my appointments over and over because of 'personal problems' then forgets to send the lab and xray my paperwork to get bloodwork done and ultrasound then expects me to call her . Like I'm supposed to know when she got the results. Then has to nerve to get mad at tells me 'I should be thankful for her' like if ever helped me out all she did was push my appointments back and gave my stress.. I would give no recommendation for her

Horrible experience!!!!
The colonoscopy prep was weird and ineffective even though I followed her 7 days of dietary instructions. The worst colon prep ever! Then she tore up the back of my throat and uvula for the endoscopy!!! My throat is bleeding!!! Avoid her!!! Her technique is terrible! Now I have to miss another day of work tomorrow because my throat is so torn up and it hurts to swallow and talk!!!

Waiting ONE YEAR for an appt.
Went for a consultation and Dr. Pua suggested endoscopy and colonoscopy. They couldn’t schedule me for 6 months. Then, they just called me last week saying they have to reschedule that February appoint to JUNE. Are you kidding me? Someone could be dead by then if they are having issues. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dr. Pau was very respectful to me. I had to go back in a year for another one but had to cancel numerous times because of my mother's illness and numerous hospital stays. I called to reschedule and was treated horribly by the scheduler, she said I can't go there now. I called back and spoke to office manager, Kristen who was very kind. She scheduled an appointment for me.

I was scheduled for 2 proceedures in the same day; a colonoscopy & a capsule endoscopy. With inadequate prepration by the Dr. & her staff, the capsule failed. Having anesthesia made my system all but stop. I was not told I should not lay down & was told ok to eat after 2 hrs. Even though I waited 4 hrs, the capsule never left my stomach & the only thing visable was the sandwich I ate.
