He diagnosed my colon cancer and then took care of everything after. He got me an appt with a surgeon and oncologist. Dr P saved my life !

If you want a reasonable doctor patient relationship, I would recommend you skip this office. First of all, the doctors' secretaries don't return calls in a timely manner, and have a very rude and abrupt attitude. I had a procedure with a biopsy, and Dr. Prasandhan instructed his medical assistant (who is NOT adequately trained to report the pathology results) to call me with the result. The final comment was 'if you have any questions, call his secretary'. Seriously? A brief voice mail was left by her, did not interpret the information comprehensively. I left six messages to have Dr. Prasandhan call me to discuss, because I DID have questions. When he finally returned the call after the six calls left on his secretary's voice mail, and a request for a call on the portal, he said ' I have urgent matters to attend to' that's why I have my staff call the patient when biopsy reports are normal; the problem is, mine was abnormal. He needs to understand that being a doctor is a privilege.
