Like it says in the title - modern practice that doesn’t reek like a stuffy old medical office. No wait time I was in and out for my appointment and Dr put my mind at ease. Very knowledgeable and approachable.

Very arrogant and unhelpful. I had a tele visit with her to discuss my issue with a droopy eyelid and she refused to help and referred me to two other doctors. I cannot schedule a visit with another doctor right away because there are no available appointments, and my headaches and heaviness of the eyelid is very bad. She was unable to help a person in need.

Doctor was not super thorough about test results, many results were over the desired range but she did not address them. Also the front desk staff is very irresponsible and unhelpful. I would not go back here, they don't seem professional.

I had visited Dr. Shilpa Paradkar for management of my diabetes. I found the Atrium PC Practice having extremely patient-friendly atmosphere. Dr. Paradkar is a very knowledgeable specialist. She is very warm, very genuine, compassionate and cheerful person, always smiling to welcome you under her care. She has no airs, is very trustworthy and is very considerate and patient specially towards senior citizens and elderly. Hers is the very best practice which I would strongly recommend to everyone.

I really appreciated Shilpa listening to my questions and ordering tests to address those issues. I understand that she is very busy, but would have liked to hear more explanation for some of my questions. Overall, attentive and thorough, thank you!
