Maybe this was a one off, but I won't be back
I had a different experience with Dr. Reddy than what's listed here, so I don't know if it was me in particular, or just was a bad day. This was my first experience at a new clinic and first impressions are everything. She checked my eyes after dialation and gave me a diagnosis. Since she didn't provide any additional information after she gave me the diagnosis, I asked her a question about what I should be looking for in the future- how will I know if it's getting worse? She answered it briefly. That was it. No additional information about the diagnosis itself was provided, no check on how I felt about the news, explanation on strategies to reduce risk for the future. Since she seemed disengaged, before I left the appointment, I had already made my mind up to see someone else.

Dr. Reddy reviewed prior medical history of the previous opthalmologist and focused on current conditions and any changes . Easy to discuss medical issues with her.
