my experience of that office is very unprofessional. The doctor is very unprofessional has no bedside manners whatsoever needs to go back to school to in order to be more knowledgeable in the area that she focuses on. She’s very unprofessional so please do your homework and check on this dr credentials thank you for reading this and hopefully you will not have any problems… I sure wish I would’ve done my homework and reviewed before seeing this doctor so please take my advice. Thanks.

By far, the worst experience I've had with a doctor. Not only did she fail to do a proper exam, she also refused to answer any of my questions and acknowledge any concerns I had regarding the problems I was having. She tried prescribing a medication regardless of me telling her I was already currently taking that medication. She completely disregarded me telling her I'm already taking that and obviously isn't helping. So then I proceeded to ask her what my diagnosis was and her reasoning for having me continue taking medication that's not working. It had been a full year I had been taking the medication. Immediately after me asking those initial questions, her lack of knowledge became apparent to me when she responded by saying that I would need to come back in 3 months to ask my question. I even asked her if she could at least check my ears while I was there since ear pain was one of my major concerns. Again, she says I will need to schedule another appointment if I wanted my ears checked. She said it's one thing only that I'm allowed to have a scheduled appointment for, whether it be a question or concern or a request to have something examined, it could only be one. It would have been nice to get answers to the questions I had during the same visit that she checked my throat. It's just ridiculous that she refuses clients their right to ask questions that pertain to their health. That's just so wrong in every way. It's unfortunate that she's no good in her field of work that she went to school for. But then the worst part about it is the amount of people in her care that really aren't being cared for at all. Very unfortunate

Do not recommend.
Sadly, Malik not only misdiagnosed the results of my mom’s hearing test, but when we confronted her, she shamed me, and furthermore, shamed my niece, who is a licensed audiologist. Malik told us things that were untrue and she would not even acknowledge the fact that she might be wrong with her initial diagnosis. She made excuses, shifted blame, and seemed uninterested in anything that we had to say. As an aside, we scheduled an appointment and we waited over an hour to speak with her. Never once did she acknowledge or apologize for making us wait over an hour. Please save your time and money and schedule a visit with a knowledgeable and more credible doctor.

Wonderful Experience
Dr. Malik is absolutely fantastic! Not only is she great at her craft, but you can tell she truly cares about each and every individual patient. She made a great effort to work me into her schedule since I had upcoming out-of-town plans. She’s also very thorough and referred me for hearing tests and more! She is truly a lovely individual and I trust her with my “Ear Health”completely! Dr. Malik has also surrounded herself with a wonderful staff. Each staff member was not only efficient, but also so friendly and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Malik for your ENT needs!

Worst Doctor Ever
This doctor needs to go back to school She has no idea how to be a doctor!I wish I could give her zero stars — she doesn’t even deserve a 1.All she cares about is making moneyShe tried to force a surgery on me that I didn’t need or want. Her rudeness is unacceptable and I urge you not to go to her.She lies and tries to blame her mistakes on her staff. She should not be a doctor — she is too unprofessional and a danger to her patients.

Terrible doctor!
S.Malik is rude, disrespectful, and has no idea what she is doing. Her lack of knowledge is apparent — I have no idea how she passed her boards. Her license to practice medicine should be revoked.Do not go to her — she is a joke.

Terrible bedside manner
Sadly I waited 45 mins up be seen. She checked my ears, moved me to a different room. I waited another 10 mins. I was in a lot of pain. She seemed very rushed. When j just needed a few minutes to gather my senses cause the pain was so bad. She was gone and I was told I could come back in 6 weeks to get the other ear done. I just needed 5 mins. To be honest I had waited so long 5 mins wouldn’t have been terrible. Sadly this will keep me fromComing back altogether.

When I go to a new doctor, in this this case a doctor referred by UOP Hearing, I assume competence. Dr. Malik is professional and skilled and also very kind, compassionate, and caring. I felt very fortunate.

Dr. V was the best ENT Dr. I saw in AZ. She performed my Sinus surgery and diagnosed me with AFS. Whenever I had any issue after my surgery she always listened and checked to make sure my sinuses weren't packed with fungus again. Now that she's moved I've gotten stuck with Dr's who tell me "there's nothing I can do for you." and who don't bother to even scope me to check my nasal/ sinus passages. Definitely miss her in Arizona and would recommend her to anyone!

Scheduled CT scan of sinuses for constant headaches, sinus problems and allergies and brain for benign tumor. After reading results, didn't have any comments about what I should be doing regarding sinus problems and allergies. Only in office about 5 minutes talking about results which I could read myself.

Saw Dr Vishwanath for very frequent and daily bloody nose which was occurring for the past 4 to 5 months. She cauterized on 2nd visit but it never helped. On return visit she was insensitive, very hurried, and said there was nothing else she could do and if continued to go into ER and have them pack it. Thank God I got a 2nd opinion. New ENT, different ENT practice, doctor also cauterized but seemed to be much more thorough and took his time. I have not had a nose bleed in 4 months since he treated it!! The new doctor also expects it will not return. I would have lived with this the rest of my life if I had listened to Dr Vishwanath. This is the first time in 60+ years I have ever left a dr review. Just don't want anyone else to suffer like I did or get a 2nd opinion. A life changer!
