Sinus Surgery Failure
I had sinus surgery with Dr. Reddy, November 2022. After the surgery, I had an extreme amount of bleeding and almost ended up in the emergency room. Every month after the surgery I was on an antibiotic for a sinus infection plus constant sinus pressure on left, Eustachian tube issues ending up with a hopefully temporary hearing loss. Fast forward seeing 2 ENT Dr's plus a Neurologist and 3 CT scans, a Dr. found that when the original sinus surgery that Dr. Reddy performed was not done correctly. She had not opened up up the correct entrance so mucus was getting stuck in my sinus. I just went through corrective surgery. Very little bleeding, impacted pus removed. though a perforated ear drum which will hopefully heal without surgery. I look back at the original surgery with Dr. Reddy. I feel she should not be doing surgery on anyone.

I had septoplasty surgery performed by Dr. Reddy. The results are outstanding! It was one of the best decisions I ever made. She is very knowledgable, professional and personable, just what anyone would want in a surgeon.

Dr. Reddy gave my son his quality of life back. At ten year’s old, he was diagnosed with nasal polyps by her. These polyps prevented him from breathing through his nose, which is torture. We saw another otolaryngologist for a second opinion about his polyps who, unprofessionally, told me during the office visit that my son most likely had Cystic Fibrosis. Again, this was said at an office visit without any testing being done on him. CF testing requires a hospital visit and a three hour test and is a devastating diagnosis. Thankfully, he was negative. We went back to Dr. Reddy to schedule surgery with her and the results have been life-changing. My son can finally breath through his nose after having had to breath from his mouth for about a year and half, while we navigated what was causing his nasal polyps. Dr. Reddy is extremely knowledgeable and educated in her field, kind, and thorough. I am forever grateful to her and fortunate to have her as our doctor.

She was very smug. She had an attitude of superiority about her as if she knows she's better than you. She spoke to the nurse the entire time as if I wasn't there. She just kept telling the nurse she doesn't see anything and my throats isn't swollen now. Yep, could have told her that before she shoved a camera up my nose and down my throat. Not that I ever thought I needed an ENT in the first place but if I ever did it wouldn't be her. I like my doctors to talk to me not a shift nurse.
