an amazing dr ..who truly cares about his patients
My husband has been a a patient of Dr. Eshaghain for many years.... throughout that time he has always taken great care at the appointment to review any test result and any other information that was provided to him to provide the appropriate care for my husband. He has personally placed calls to us to discuss results and give his opinion as to what to expect going forward as well as to put our minds at ease as to our concerns. I have no idea where any of these negative reviews are coming from but our many years of care have been nothing but positive ... his staff has always been very helpful and accommodating to us in any request that we have made.

Avoid at all costs
Supporting staff was great, but the Dr. shouldn't have a medical license. Behaved unprofessionally, was disrespectful, and showed no care for the patient. Showed up with his pants sagging to show off his designer belt. He was more interested in looking 'cool' than treating patients.

Dirty rooms, slow and $400 annual
My dad has been seeing this doctor for many years. As he has aged, I’ve started taking him to these appointments. The office staff has never been friendly. Each year the administration fee has been higher and now it’s $400 annually to see the doctor. The last two times I took my dad he waited over an hour past his appointment time to see his doctor and Dr. Eshaghian spends less than 60 seconds in the room. On top of that, I had to take photos this last time because I could not believe the dirt and grime on the floor, used bandaid pieces and an ancient printer covered in dirt and dust. Disgusting.

A heart murmur was discovered a couple of years ago. Dr. Eshaghian & Dr. Makkar at Cedars Sinai, advised that I try a procedure that would stop the leakage of blood backing up into my left atrium. The new MitraClip procedure went up a vein through the groin into the heart arthroscopically and placed a clothes pin type clip on the valve. The treatment stopped the leakage 90%. I was in surgery less than 2 hours. No pain and home by 2pm the next day. No more naps. Roger Downing.
