I am so very grateful that I was able to see Dr Dashti. I was referred to Billings Clinic neurology for a consult of a Shunt for pseudotumor cerebri. The neurosurgeon I saw told me that his collogue Dr Dashti has had much success with stenting for my issue. I was diagnosed over 11 years ago and prior to now have only been told that a shunt or a optic nerve fenestration was my only choice. This is a potentially curative procedure for what I have. He has explained that I have a narrowing of a vein in my head that causes increased pressure in my head from Cerebral Fluid that does not get absorbed by vein leaving the brain. While I still have much work to do where my weight is concerned I will be forever grateful for the fact that he happens to be at Billings Clinic 2 wks a mo. He is not arrogant but confident about how this has helped people. He truly cares what happens to me an others he treats. He is a God send as far as I am concerned. Thank you Dr Dashti I appreciate you so much!!!

Please get a second opinion before agreeing to anything he tries to force on you. Dr. Dashti saw me for maybe 5 mins, tried to push a surgery on me, refused any further testing (which was required to even be able to medically diagnose me with the condition he claimed I had), and spent the time bragging about how many of those types of surgeries he had done. Got a second opinion with another neurosurgeon, who was appalled by Dr. Dashti's behavior, and further testing showed, I don't have IIH. Doing the surgery that was being forced on me would have been medically unnecessary and wouldn't have solved any of my issues.

Highly Recommend
I am so thankful for Dr. Dashti. I had been living with a condition called IIH or pseudotumor ceribri for years, possibly the majority of my life. Other doctors had dismissed my issues of: almost daily headaches, eye pressure, head pressure, wavy lines and stars in my vision, eventual black outs in my vision, brain fog, extreme fatigue, joint pain, joint swelling, shaky hands, loss of words, tightness in my neck and shoulders, eye twitching, PT in my right ear causing swooshing sound constantly, blurry vision, racing heart, and chest pain. What the radiologist missed on my tests Dr. Dashti immediately caught as Venous Sinus Stenosis. He was able to go in and place a stent. When I woke up from surgery the heartbeat sound from the Pulsatile Tennitus was completely gone from my right ear. After the next following weeks, the largest majority of my symptoms had minimized or subsided completely. I went from being absolutely miserable everyday and barely surviving from the symptoms keeping me

Dural Fistula
Dr Shervin Dashti saved my life My surgery was so complicated he was the only surgeon that would attempt it I had three months to live and thanks to him I am alive 9 years later I ask him each time I visit Norton’s if there has been another to live with this condition and he says no. Most people don’t know they have this tangled set of arteries and veins. It is caused by blunt force trauma It took two nine hour surgeries to repair and clamp I had no symptoms

Dr. Dashti is very thorough and explains complex medical conditions where anyone can understand. He is extremely intelligent and gives great advice and options rather than rushing into unnecessary surgery or procedures. He, as well as his staff, are very friendly. The wait was minimal but he took his time explaining everything and answered all of our questions.

My husband sustained a traumatic brain injury while in KY for a work trip. He was rushed to Norton Brownsboro Hospital where Dr. Dashti preformed life-saving surgery. He had a massive brain bleed, and was minutes from death. We believe it was the hand of God that led my husband to Norton Brownsboro & Dr. Dashti's care. He would not be here today if it were not for Dr. Dashti’s excellent skill and the grace of God. We highly recommend Dr. Dashti and the entire N Brownsboro Hospital staff.

Dr Dashti performed a successful surgery on my wife Lisa, in which he clipped a rather large Aneurysm. the first office visit He explained to us the options she had along with the risks involved, He answered all of our questions in detail. He showed a sincere concern for her well being before and after the procedure, along with a very professional bedside manner. His staff along with the staff at Norton Brownsboro Hospital were absolutely amazing. Thank You & God Bless Paul Turner & Family

After being diagnosed with an aneurysm I referred to Dr. Dashti. During my first visit, he provided me with a clear explanation of what was going on in my brain/head, made suggestions, provided options and then told me, this is your choice, you have total control. I needed to feel I had total control. He answered every question I and family members had and never rushed us. His staff is very professional, yet friendly. My surgery went perfect. Thank you Dr. Dashti..
