Dr. Sherry Neyman, MD

I have been with this office for several years. I called in to tell the office and explain that I thought my hormones were off and they requested blood work. The blood work came back, and I could see the results on Feb 22. I called the office on Feb 24 and was told that the doctor would 'get around to reading them and get back to me' . I called again on March 4th and was told that the doctor only looks at them when she can in between patients and that the doctor has 14 days to read your bloodwork! This is just one of the serious issues with this office. My Pharmacy hates when I ask for a refill because they will request it of the Dr office no less than 3 times. I always end up calling the Dr office and having to get them to look for the order. They do NOT refill on time. I typically have to call once or twice, and my pharmacy gets so frustrated having to keep resending the requests. I did ask for a manager to call me, and I still have not heard from one.

Was induced because of hypertension. I was 20, young and scared. She had zero bedside manner. Recovery from unplanned c section was beyond painful. Every time I would get out of the hospital bed I would be stuck, bent over, in excruciating pain.I would have to slowly stand up straight, feeling like my insides were tearing. Went on with this pain for weeks. At my post partum check up, Dr. Neyman assured me everything was fine with my recovery. 2nd pregnancy, different doctor. I felt the same ripping and tearing pain near end of pregnancy. During c section it was discovered that DR. NEYMAN missed stitching an entire layer during my previous c section, and because of this my uterus had adhered to my abdominal wall.Multiple adhesions and scar tissue, my son got stuck and literally almost suffocated. After this doc fixed everything Dr. NEYMAN screwed up, my recovery was so much less painful. It was literally a night and day experience.

I see Dr. Neyman for hormone replacement therapy, which has truly transformed my life. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She has expertly regulated, my hormones, eliminating my struggles with hot flashes, constant, fatigue, and poor sleep. Recently, Dr. Neyman guided me through a hysterectomy and prolapse surgery. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. From the outset, Dr. Neyman thoroughly explained everything about the surgery and what to expect during the recovery process. Her bedside manner is exceptional– kind, patient and reassuring. The surgery was a complete success, and I genuinely feel it was the best decision I could’ve made. Additionally, Dr. Neyman‘s office staff deserves commendation. They are all very friendly and efficient. The scheduler for both the surgery and follow up visits was particularly pleasant and insured everything went smoothly. I am so very grateful for Dr. Neyman and her medical assistant. They truly are amazing at their practice along with the care that they give you.

Dr. Neyman and her staff are very knowledgeable. She has particular expertise in a number of non-invasive and surgical procedures, some of which I've successfully undergone. The only drawback is the sheer volume of her patient load can sometimes make things slow-going, including with prescription refills. But this is not enough to want me to change doctors after all these years, and her nurse practitioners have always been great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Neyman's for 4 years. She is very personable and knowledgeable. I like the fact that she doesn't practice obstetrics. I would recommend her to women who are peri-menopausal or menopausal. I have two health conditions that some menopausal women deal with, but fortunately the Mona Lisa Touch technology that Dr. Neyman used during several treatments has significantly reduced the pain and discomfort.

I don’t feel the response time was timely. I sent a message via Athena, called, and finally spoke to someone in person at a nurse visit for something else. I dread calling because the wait time is so long and I rarely get a call back. It’s very time consuming. I also think all the advertising in the waiting room is frustrating. I’d like to see some more body positivity.

When I arrived for my appointment, they were ready for me. I really feel taken care of when I come to Dr. Neyman office.

Dr. Neyman is very personable, caring and knowledgeable. If you have any kind of an issue she is determined to help you resolve it, and get you feeling better.

Quick and efficient - I was seen close to my appt time and was able to ask many questions.

I had pico done today. Mindy was very professional and I felt I was in good hands. There was some extra waiting with the machine adjusting but I am pleased with the results of previous treatments (envy and Pico), and I feel sure I’ll be pleased with these results.

Seriously the best doctor I have seen in a long time. I have doctor “phobia” and I felt so incredibly comfortable with Dr Neyman. She listened to everything I said and I felt like she really understood what I was feeling and wanted to help me. Her office staff was equally as kind and helpful. I’m so thankful to have found such a caring doctor and definitely recommend this office.

The staff is very friendly snd professional. I immediately knew that I had come to the right place. Dr Neyman is excellent and immediately puts you at ease. Great MD.

My last visit was a good one. Dr Sherry Neyman was one of the top obgyn in Austin,the reason why i chose her even if it took a while to get the first appointment , but it is worth the wait. I can recommend her to anybody.

She was very nice and enjoyed speaking with her about my current situation.
