Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. She is aloof, uncaring, and just wants to prescribe medication. Doesn’t address concerns because. Thebis thoughtless and cares more about appearing to have a sense of humor than being down to earth and tuned in to her patients. She is an embarrassment to the medical field.

She is personable, friendly, loves children, always on time, listens to all concerns and is very professional. Dr. Franklin throughly examines my daughter and is one of few doctors in California that I feel as a parent is qualified or trustworthy to treat children with my daughter's condition. We have had terrible care with OTHER doctors and within 6 weeks of being back in Dr. Franklin's care, my daughter is doing great! Dr. Franklin is also spoke highly of by many top doctors in her profession
