Will not return to this clinic.
After waiting an hour to be seen I was told that I had to reschedule. Nurse complained more about what 'wasn't her job' than actually helping. Will not return to this clinic.

She completely ghosted me after an initial appointment where she raised concern over several things and never followed up. I called the office and several people left "urgent" messages for her to call me, but she never did. The office staff has all been VERY rude except for one but I didn't get her name. The person who checked me in at my appointment was watching videos on her phone the whole time, and even with full identification and filled out forms, she spelled my name wrong on everything that I had to fill out and what was given to the doctor.

Dr. Simon saved me and my baby's life 19 yrs ago. I had a very complicated delivery because my baby was huge. She did not panic during the delivery and did everything she could. If I would of been in the wrong hands I probably wouldn't be writing this right now. She is excellent! .
