Saved my wife's life
Dr. Walker listened and discovered a rare disease that the blood oncologist was skeptical Dr. Walker was right. We are thankful for the time she takes with every patient. The staff is excellent.

Potential new patient
Was not even able to obtain a visit. The receptionist that answered my call had a "I could careless attitude" to start with. When I told her I was calling to schedule a new patient appointment for my husband she put me on hold. When she came back on the line she told me she would need to get some info on my husband for the Doctor to review to see if she even wanted to take him on as a patient. She then proceeded to tell me it would be 6 months to even get him in. Mind you I had not given her any info yet or told her what insurance we had. I'm a medical professional and all I can say is wow. So sad. Don't call this office looking for a new Doc. We are new to Tennessee and this was the first experience with a medical office. Very disappointing. I'm happy to say the next office was very welcoming and helpful and personable on the phone.

Dr. Walker is very caring and excellent as our PCM. She listens, finds the illness and treats. Her care for her patients is the upmost; calls on weekends to follow-up or answer questions about new illnesses. My wife and I are one hour (+) from Dr. Walker's office and could use a much closer PCM, but we chose her. Dr. Walker and staff are so friendly, helpful, and actually welcomes you upon arrival. Wait time is next to none. We have used Dr. Walkers facilities (care) for over three years and will continue.

In 2014, I went to Dr. Walker due to extreme fatigue and joint pain. She did extensive lab work and found I had a Factor V and Factor II blood mutation, osteoporosis, and mixed connective tissue disease. Had Dr. Walker not found the blood mutation and put me on blood thinner, I may not be here today. Dr. Walker has spent an exorbitant amount of time educating me on correct foods, nutrition, and medicines. I would highly recommend Dr. Walker to family and friends.

Dr. SherrI Walker had been my family doctor before we moved to Ohio. She is thoroughal, caring, and the best doctor we've been to period. Her expertise allows her to check for problems many doctors just ignore.

Dr. Walker takes the time to learn about me... she asks good questions and patiently listens as I tell her my story and what ails me. It seems that I am really important to her and she wants me to be well - physically, mentally, emotionally. Dr. Walker is concerned about all areas of my wellness. Her recommendations are sound. Her support staff is exceptional.

Dr. Walker makes me feel like she cares about me and answers all my questions. There is some wait time at the office because she is thorough with her patients, but I appreciate being listened to and not rushed out the door! It's actually hard to find a doctor that is so caring! I like her because I feel she has a more holistic approach. The staff is also kind.

Absolutely no chance I would ever recommend Dr Walker to anyone. Her office staff is horrible, office wait time is ridiculous, average waiting room time is around an hour, then once you get back to a room you can hear them conversing, laughing while you sit and wait. No concern for your time or comfort. Because when you have to go to the doctor and you're sick it's not comfortable sitting in an office for a minimum of 2 hours. And that's not the worst of it. Not enough characters to list all!
