Dr. Sherri Barton, MD

As an urgent care physician, Dr Barton faces a diverse range of cases. My symptoms were not consistent. I had some recent events that my have complicated a diagnosis. Dr Barton was very patient listened to all of my complains. She provided options and explained the pros and cons of each. Once I selected a plan she quickly put it in motion. A CT scan confirmed one of her possible diagnoses. She explained my condition, insured all my questions were answered. I was very pleased with Dr Barton, her professional manor and patients.

Even at closing she took her time was helpful got my script and got a night without coughing .... those little Pearls work

I saw Dr. Barton in Wellstar Urgent Care. She was very knowledgeable of my symptoms, ran a couple of tests, explain the tests thoroughly, and prescribed much needed meds. She also has a very friendly bedside manner: very easy to talk to. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

First of all when you walk into the place they look at you as though you were a drug seeker most unfriendly office!!! I was misdiagnosed --I I have been coughing for three weeks and woke up every morning with a headache! I had taken Advil every morning so when I went to the doctor She basically was yelling at me saying you have no fever I don't know why you're coughing and prescribe me those worthless pearls and said this will keep you from coughing! I ended up with walking pneumonia!
