This Dr. is not afraid to question a diagnosis.
Dr. Al-Farra is the best pulmonary specialist JPS has he is not a type of Dr. that will agree with a fellow Dr. questionable diagnosis. It must be uncomfortable when he confronts a JPS pulmonologist of 37 or so years and presents the facts proving Dr Pinella of gross negligence that injured a patient and shortened the patients lifespan. Dr. Pinella is arrogant, over confident and basis his diagnosis on what he thinks not by testing, this Dr. is dangerous. For 7 years he refused to accept the opinions of several top notch pulmunologist. Dr. Pinella did no testing for ABPA and relied on his misguided hunch. One door down from Pinella was Dr. Al-Farra on my first visit this Dr. promised me he would discover the truth. He kept his word and diagnosed me correctly with ABPA. This is a Super Doctor that puts patients first! A million Thank Yous Dr. Al-Farra.
