I had the worst experience with this provider. I would absolutely not recommend her. She will do the bare minimum for your care. She does not explain the medicine she prescribes every time I left I would have to call another doctor for them to explain it. When I had a side effect of a procedure she wouldn't call me back or answer the phone. Happened many times. Read more reviews everyone seems to say they had the same experience.

I am shocked at the positive reviews!!! I had a terrible experience with her. I’ve been struggling with chronic migraines for 15 years and I am rarely headache free. I am currently pregnant and struggling. She rushed me through the appointment, cut me off and looked at texts/calls when I was trying to speak. She ended the appointment by telling me that “I was lucky, and it could be worse.“ horrible.

She does not seem to understand that a migraine is more than just pain. I have difficulty communicating with her and she keeps suggesting daily NSAIDs even though that has been shown to cause rebound headaches (which I used to get back when I took frequent NSAIDs). I am switching doctors.

I’ve been experiencing daily, severe headaches for over three years, I had the opportunity to see Dr. Mathew. Within less that two months, I am headache free. It’s a miracle, and I am so grateful!

Dr. Mathew was really instrumental in my care and health. She helped me through to the end and I’ve seen huge results that I’m so thankful for. She knows what questions to ask to help us come up with a plan. She has also been very responsive when it comes to messaging when there is an emergency. Overall an outstanding physician!

If any family member or friends have headaches or migraines I would defiantly recomend Dr Mathew. I have only on headache day now compared to month long migraine. I wish I had found Dr Mathew a long time ago so I would not of suffered so long with migraines.

I have a hard time communicating with Dr. Mathew. I also feel like she dodges or ignores my questions a lot. She seems to have trouble tracking changes in my chart that the nurses follow easily. She doesn't seem particularly empathetic to my level of pain or disability, asking me to persevere for months when I feel a treatment plan is not working. I also find injections with her to be rather painful as compared to other providers who have administered nerve blocks or Botox for me.
