The clinic made an error when ordering a procedure for my daughter. The wrong procedure was then completed.. In a f/u visit Dr. Wilson was very apologetic & acknowledged the error. However, when my bill came, they would take no responsibility, and told me that the bill was fully my responsibility. The staff were brusk and dismissive of me, and made it clear that they valued their financial bottom line over patient care. Unfortunately, by not owning-up to their mistake & settling the issue, they are losing ~15 years worth of customer loyalty/revenue.

My daughter is 18 and Dr. Strong has been her pediatrician since birth. Dr. Strong is kind, compassionate and competent and I would highly recommend her to family and friends.
