Very rushed, brushed off
She barely steps foot in the room, does not listen, has never laid a hand on my body, jumps to conclusion, very quick to refer you somewhere else.

Dr. Shelley is a doctor who cares about her patients and the community as a whole. I would never switch doctors. Anyone saying she “doesn’t care” has to be overly sensitive because I actually went through several doctors until I found one that didn’t treat me like I was on a conveyer belt. Years later I’m still happy with my choice.

I’ve been to her about a dozen times over the past 18 months. She’s never touched me! I don’t even know if she owns a stethoscope! I would get better medical advice from a Magic 8 ball!! As far as I can tell she has no diagnostic abilities. She has no clue what to do when you are REALLY sick. Or maybe she just doesn’t care to actually treat patients! She makes me feel like her patients exist to provide her a luxurious lifestyle, rather than her being the one providing a service to her patients. And what is up with the clinic NEVER answering the phone? You have to leave a message EVERY time and you are lucky if you get a call back in 24 hours, even to just schedule an appointment! That’s no way to run a medical clinic! That’s bad customer service in ANY industry. No business should treat it’s customers like they’re just an annoyance rather than the very thing that keeps them in business.

Do not recommend. She has no bedside manner at all. Told by my Chemo dr to see Dr Watt as soon as possible regarding a problem he saw. Called office, never received call back (very unprofessional staff) and never heard about test results. Very cool personality,

Indifferent, cool, detached. She doesn’t ask questions—she only answers questions and seems more interested in treating symptoms, not dealing with the condition. I asked about changing to another medication because of all the highly negative information that I came across (from medical doctors and specialists) and her response was “all medications have side effects”. This is a typical pattern with her—terse responses that shut down the (hoped for) discussion, rather than encourage it. NO, NO, NO

I recently saw Dr. Shelly Warr while transferring my medical records there. She was very professional, timely, and addressed all of my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. She explored some of my medical past as far back as fifty years. I was completely satisfied with my visit there.

My first visit was a shocker. I’m new to mountain Home. Needed a blood pressure script. Nurse took vitals but Doc. S. Warr never even touched me. Never checked the lungs. She Told me I didn’t need a Pap smear anymore cuz of partial hysterectomy, but I still have a uterus! Never gave me a script, I had to call back. More stress than before.

She was my doctor a few years back, I have a variety of physical and emotional health problems, all of which did thankfully, eventually, get documented by REAL doctors.. but she refused to document anything.. When it came to my assisted living facility just wanting a statement from her about my medical conditions, which I gave them consent to do (her and her nurses), she plain flat out lied and said I had NONE of the problems that I now have documents for.. she is a horrible doctor.

I too concur with the reviews on this doctor. I too am looking for a replacement. Stay away from this clinic period. There was a time when this clinic was well run and one of the best in town. No longer. Do not know what the problem is but do know that I do not want to be a part of it. There are too many good doctors and clinics in this town to put up with this.

The few times I saw Dr. Warr I always felt rushed, that none of my concerns were addressed and just an overall feeling like she didn't care. She wanted labs done 2 weeks ago, but I have yet to have her nurse call to schedule them. I am done with her. New Year...new doctor!

I was very disappointed in Dr. Warr. I went to her because I could not walk and she treated me like I was lying and not hurt. When I ended up going to the neurosurgeon in Fayetteville, who finally told me I had a ruptured disc, he was so shocked when I told him of the treatment I received from Dr. Shelly Warr. I have not been a patient of hers for several years and would not go to her again.

Dr Warr is actually a good doctor...but her nurses alone are a reason no to see her. They don't return calls and when you actually reach a nurse, they give you the run around. I've been trying to get a referral for 4 months now. The doctor authorized it...but the nurses are incompetent of getting the paperwork in and following through.

I do not feel as if dr Warr has any concern with anyone's health and wellbeing as long as she gets money in her pockets. I have never had anyone treat me the way her and her staff did. She spends no time with you ( that's if she even lets you make an appointment). Steer clear if you care about your health.
