inefficiency delays scripts for kids with disabili
Office staff are friendly, spring was friendly at visit very direct, she referred to specialists as needed. The biggest barrier was having frequent struggles getting scripts refilled in a timely fashion. I can't wait over a month for the office to figure out precise wording and visit notes for a script. This happened twice most egregiously in two years first when establishing care then the following year. I had to call out to my disability support group to buy medical supplies because of the delay to get it refilled. My insurance would have 100 percent covered it as we were at max out of pocket but I had to pay a peer while I waited for them to figure out the script. I hated that I had to call multiple times when I needed a new script or meds to make sure order got right. At one point I stood in pharmacy and called the office to make sure when they told us the script was sent I could verify it wasn't there. If you need lots of scripts for disabled kids save your stress go elsewhere

My kids have been with her since 2014. She is exceptional. Some will say her bedside manner is lacking, but she is extremely straight forward. She doesnt sugar anything up. One of my kids is disabled and she has gone above and beyond by getting the best therapists and referring him to specialists. I trust her 100%. I love that she is willing to use homeopathic remedies when they will work but if they dont, she will intervene. She takes her time in explaining what's going on with the kids and answers all my questions. She is always learning about new therapies and such and tells us about them. I would not take my kids anywhere else.

if i could give a rating to the staff excluding doctor Springer. I would give them 5 stars. However the clinic revolves around the doctor. On paper Dr. Springer appears to be a brilliant. Well qualified pediatrician to care for babies premature. As well a babies and children with serious health conditions. She is the only neonatologist, in Wyoming. However the correlation from paper to how she practices medicin is askew. She is very unprofessional. Her behavior on more then one occasion was irratic. She will not listen to your concerns. Then belttle you and make you feel as though your concerns aren't valid. For months I went to her with a concern that was causing many problems amd pain for my baby. Finally my concern was addressed. A change was made and all of the issues resolved. Another time My baby stopped breathing. At the follow visit from the hospital. she asked "why I called 911 and not her? Next time to just call her." She was serious. I am not sure how her license hasn't bee

Dr. Springer is not up to date on many current parenting trends, for example she still had no idea what Baby Lead Weaning is, even after I explained the concept to her. She doesn't explain her decisions or help find solutions. I brought my son in for a sick visit and she was in the room for less than 2 minutes. She doesnt listen to your concerns and her advice at every visit has been to simply feed him more so he'll gain weight. Her nurse has been a bigger help than she has.

We are from out of state visiting family in Casper. My daughter was exibiting signs of a UTI (which can affect her kidneys if left untreated) I called our primary pediatrician at home and was told to find someone in Casper to take her too. I made an appointment on Dr. Springers website and arrived 10 minutes early. We were denied service because we lived out of state. I have health insurance and told them I was willing to pay completely out of pocket. Find a place that actually care about kids

Just a mom who cares about her kid... in Minnesota – Oct 29, 2016

I love that she responds quickly to text messages. I've gotten two things wrongly diagnosed on simple things, so do your research and/or get second opinions. Last few times she seems to be more interested in talking to the students in the room or hallway than the patient. The office could use a really good scrubbing. The exam room floors are getting blacker and it wipes up with a diaper wipe, so it just isn't getting cleaned, which makes me worry about other surfaces.

Always searches for the root of my health issues. Dr. Springer does not focus on treatment for symptoms. Dr. Springer intelligently attacks the cause thus striving for 100% recovery. My daily life has been much less strenuous knowing my Physician is not trying to use me as a dividend.
