My son had to have cavities filled--- scammed us up front saying would be covered by our insurance and then billed us over 1700 on back end.

Called to get a Consultation appointment today 5/18/2021 for my Final phase of Permanent Implants and the girl told me to go somewhere else!!! She said" We don't do that here" find someone where you live!! I am shocked!! I was treated like trash and she hung up on me!! In March I spent $22,000 To start the implant process to be treated this way is sad!!

The staff acted like they cared and I paid my bill in full. The next month I received a bill in the mail for another 105. I said"I paid my bill in full." They said we messed up on your estimate it's going to be another 105. So, I told them I would not be paying that bill because you told me it was done and came back with 105$ a month later.

Dr. Shearer has been my dentist for over 15 years. Dr. Shearer takes great care of our entire family includng my 3 kids (2, 5 and 9). If you are looking for a dentist who cares, Dr. Shearer is the answer! The staff is always kind and accommodating. Easy to access on and off the interstate.
