Stay away
I have been going to this practice for over 40 years. My doctor retired and I was assigned to doctor Sapick. Although she seems to be like a nice person it wasn’t explained to me that I only need to see them twice a year because of my age and insurance, we only pay for it once every two years. I received a bill in the mail, called the billing department, they were very nice and said they’d get back to me. Called back and lowered the payment. That’s besides the point I should’ve been told about this if you don’t wanna get billed stay away.

Thorough, but I found her to always be very condescending, interrupting and annoyed when I would try to explain things or ask questions. Least gentle obgyn I’ve had. She never really HEARD me time and time again and all but said it was all in my head or “something else.” She definitely needs to update her knowledge and education in peri menopause bc some comments and strategies were very outdated such as you can’t be in peri bc you still have a monthly cycle , completely false. After a few years, I’ve now moved on to a highly informed doctor educated and updated in peri menopause and feel much more confident in the care I’m receiving.

Great experience!
I saw Dr. Sapick for the first time today. My former OB had retired. I drove over an hour to see her and I was not disappointed. She knew my chart before she came into the room. She was very patient and knowledgable. I had no wait time once arriving and the entire staff was amazing.

I had a good experience. I was pleased that Dr. Sapick had gone over my medical history before coming in to my room to see me. Many doctors don't take the time to do so. She was able to answer my questions. She has been my doctor for several years and will continue seeing her when needed.

Dr. Sapick is the most caring, gentle, patient, smart, and sensitive doctors with whom I have had dealings with over the last 50 years. She does not rush you, but attentively listens and interacts regardless if the nature of the conversation is non-medical. She explains everything she is doing and answers all questions. What is quite impressive is that she reads your chart BEFORE entering the exam room so that we are able to immediately discuss last year's visit. Wait time in the office has been highly acceptable.

I saw another physician in the practice before my appointment with Dr. Sapick. The initial physician should spend some time with Dr. Sapick because she is awesome. She actually listened to all my concerns, she explained all my options and we personalized a treatment plan to fit my circumstances. I really wanted to hug her for her expertise as ob gyn but also for her empathy, care, compassion!

The Rochester Hills practice where Dr. Sapick works was recommended to me. After my exam Dr. Sapick recommended that I have a CT scan and said that she would call me with the results. Two days later she called and said that I had stage 3 ovarian cancer and that it had metastasized. She offered to call a gynecologic oncologist and get me an appointment and within 2 days I was in his office. I am forever grateful to her for making everything happen quickly and for saving my life.
