Dr. Glover is simply wonderful. She takes the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of my diagnosis and next steps, leaving me with complete understanding and confidence. I never feel rushed; every visit is a personalized and thoughtful experience.

Went gif my annual visit. Was seen within 5 minutes of my appt. Staff was friendly and kind. Dr was very informative. Have no complaints.

I had been going to Dr. Glover's office for a least a decade. I then went on Medicare and my insurance no longer included her office. I went to another office for a year that was covered by Medicare. I have now come back to Dr. Glover's office and gladly pay out of pocket to get their care.

If I would give a zero if I could. I wish I have read the google reviews before going there.First appointment: Dr. gives me an attitude 3 times and makes me feel uncomfortable because my husband was with me in the office.Second appointment: I was told I need a biopsy and another in office procedure and I would get a call in 1-2 weeks with the information from insurance. 3 weeks go by, no one answers the phone, no return to my messages and the insurance doesn't have any information. I go to the office (because it's imposible to get anyone to answer,) and they tell me that it's been sent to insurance I call that moment and insurance doesn't have anything.I call a few times again, nothing, finally I get to talk and schedule my procedure.I get a confirmation email and said to reply with any questions. I have never dealt with any business or doctors office with poorer communication and follow through than this office. Receiving follow up on ones medical care is rare at most. I have left multiple messages for a variety of things and have yet to be called back months later.. After setting up a tele conference appointment, I received a text from the office that the doctor would be with me momentarily. It was an hour later that the doctor finally contacted me. Within that hour I tried contacting the office 5 times to make sure I was doing everything correctly. Nothing. When I mentioned this to the doctor she got back to me telling me I was calling the wrong number. The number she gave me was the exact number I had been trying over and over. During that appointment, she told me I would receive a blood lab script which months later I have still not received. I needlessly drove an hour out of my way for a prescription because of severe lack of communication from the office.

I have been seeing Dr. Glover for more than 20 years. I think that says everything about the quality of the service. I feel very comfortable when I am there and she give me a voce in my care. I highly recommend her.

I have been under the care at this office for about 4 to 5 years. The past year isn’t great! I can’t get anyone to answer the phones, if I leave a message it is never returned my call. I now am needing my new script and I can’t get the Dr to get it over to the pharmacy. The wait times are really long now to see the dr. Things being told I should take which seems a bit much. I saw the other Dr who does the paps and I was asked on my vaccinations and another question that I was very uncomfortable with. Trying to get anyone to answer the phone is really Getting rough. They say to use patient portal but nobody writes back.

Have been seeing her for over 12 years. She has changed my life for the better. Has the office gone through some tough changes, yes. Is the wait long sometimes, sure, but as another person said, we are hormonal! She does spend the time you need with you and explains what is happening.

My visit with the doctor has been fine but the front office staff and the billing department are terrible! I am lucky to ever get someone on the phone and the office closes at random hours through the day if you try to stop by during posted office hours. For example for a 2:30 office visit or a 10:00 office visit the doors may be randomly locked until 5 minutes after appointment time. So you sit in your car and wait and then go inside and wait for a while longer. If you get tired of trying to reach them by phone it's hit or miss if you can actually get inside of the office if you decide to just stop by - and I am talking during posted office hours.

Without publicly putting my medical information out there I will keep this very generic but informative. After over 10 years of being a loyal patient~customer I have had to leave this establishment due to their lack of attention to detail and customer ~patient relationship. From the front desk , the Nurse, the Office Manager , and sadly the head Doctor herself have regrettably let me down. They failed in explaining very important information, they failed in returning countless phone calls and emails and always being unavailable to speak with even if I went in person. The doctor herself was to have a meeting to discuss what happened with me and she chose to avoid talking to me and having the front desk call me and send me a letter. I have been left with is several unauthorized credit card charges, a complaint to the BB, and my financial institution advocating for me on these charges. Be wise in who you choose as your provider . On November 30, 2019 I visited Dr. Shelly Glover at Gynecology Specialty Care, office for a routine treatment. Upon checking out, I was informed by the office manager that the nurse had improperly re-capped the needle and stuck herself after giving me the shot. I was told that I needed to “go next door (to Genpath) and get an HIV test.” This test was necessary, she explained because of the nurse’s needle stick. I was also told that the purpose of the test was for the nurse’s benefit, and not required as part of my health treatment. It was further explained that the office would cover the cost of the test. In June of 2020, I receive a bill for that test. I physically brought it to the office manger. In a face to face conversation that day the office manager assured me that it would be taken care of and that I could come and get the receipt. I never received the receipt, and I am now receiving another statement in the mail for the HIV test of November 30, 2019.

Complete disregard for mental and physical health in the handling of biospy results. Multiple attempts to get results. Seems more interested in being a spa offering services for benjamins, than offering healthcare for women. Pick a lane. Are you a doctor or a spa? Well over 10 days for results of biopsy and still never spoke to an actual medical practitioner. Go elsewhere, please for your own well-being and in order to be treated with dignity, respect, kindness and genuine concern.

Small office Very friendly staff. Dr Glover is knowledgeable and hormonal therapy. She spends time with you to find out what is wrong. I was upset that I had to wait 1hour before I could see her. But when I meet her I see why she spends time with her patients. Most of us women are hormonal and want answers now so if you had a bad experience let them know Thank you Dr Glover and staff

This office is extremely unprofessional you can’t get hold of them they don’t answer the calls the receptionist is really rude every single time I’ve called her she’s been extremely rude she has no charm the office assistant who takes your lab she was absolutely the rudest person I’ve met pretty much when I tell her that something upset me she said so basically she did not care then when I went to Dr Bluebar she is totally into herself everything is not about the patient is about her I can see she did not care about my needs after I spoke to her I had a second appointment when I arrive at the second appointment I Put in a waiting room for over an hour when I finally went and tell them I’m waiting they were not even aware the doctor was not even aware I was waiting and I heard her say oh I didn’t know you were there and then when I said I was waiting for an hour she goes oh yeah yeah we are just cleaning up she basically just lied to me Dr Glover Only interested in money not the patien

Dr Glover is wonderful, so professional, so kind, wonderful.

Dr. Glover is truly fabulous! I can't recommend her enough! She saved my quality of life which was so diminished post menopause. I was miserable with insane hot flashes 4-5 an hour, insomnia and night sweats. Every aspect of my life was suffering. The regimen she prescribed for hormone replacement has been easy and consistently effective 3 mos. in. After 2 weeks I was nearly flash free!!! The occasional flash is very mild. I am also sleeping great. I feel myself again. I'm so grateful.

Dr Glover saved me from cancer in 2008. I owe her my life. She is the best of the best!!! Highly recommend~
