Horrible, they billed me after I paid a $50.00 co-pay. She missed my illness, tested me for everything but what I had. Called the office and asked for a copy of the bill and made a payment, never got the copy. Have not worked at my second job since Sept., the people are heartless, hope it does not happen to one of their family members.

Dr. Berson is very caring and thorough. She makes sure to address each concern and then some. She discovered I have sleep apnea when no other doctor even thought to look into my sleep issues! I now feel better than ever, and it's all thanks to Dr. Berson. Her staff is friendly, helpful, and very efficient. They go above and beyond to help in any way they can. Highly recommended office!

Dr. Berson is kind, compassionate, smart, down-to-earth, and she gets right to the point. My story: My son was having sinus problems. After being treated terribly by an ENT doc and an allergist (rude and condescending bullies), I decided to try Dr. Berson. My son opted for allergy testing and sublingual allergy treatments and is doing so much better. Finally, the office staff were polite, as was the nursing staff. We moved but would have stayed in Dr. Berson's practice indefinitely otherwise.

I’ve never felt so rushed and dismissed by any doctor in my life. She literally didn’t let me get a word in and ushered me to another room for a hearing test, passive agressively announced I aught to have made a separate appointment if I wanted to ask more questions then made a huge point of sarcastically announcing to her entire staff that they couldn’t go home yet bc “This patient has more questions.” I’ve never been treated this way ever.

Disappointed Patient – Jun 12, 2018

Front desk and ladies doing the audio tests were very friendly. Dr. Berson was very short with me and couldn't figure out my problem. She didn't seem like she cared too much. They suggested allergy tests and then shots, but I only agreed because they specifically told me that they were free. Turns out I got a bill in the mail for $1,200! I went to dispute and the office manager was cold and basically told me it was my fault. My chiropractor actually solved the problem! Find another doctor!

she has helped me by pushing me to get a c-pap test which led me to get c=pap machine. It has definitely made a difference in breathing and reflux problems. no long waiting time for appointment or in in waiting room.

I got my dreams back!.... Dr Berson took the time to talk to me about my concerns, listened (which is becoming a lost art), and thoughtfully evaluated my medical history. I just thought I needed an allergy spray.. I learned that I wasn't sleeping through the night and that lack of deep, restorative sleep was effecting much more than my cranky mornings! Her holistic approach to evaluation and treatment made a huge difference in my life. Much more important than an updated waiting room.

Doctor Berson was very nice and caring. Her staff on the other hand is kurt, rude, unhelpful and can use some training in customer service. Though people are treated better in restaurants than in Doctors offices typically, these people behave is if there are no other doctors around. Also- after spending $600 in cash on services; Dr Berson cant come to the phone for two minutes to address a patient's concern? Get it together people- there are plenty of doctors to choose from.

Wow, The office looks as though it hasn't been upgraded on 60 years, also smells like a porto-john, they expected me to wait 45 minutes when I was early for my appointment, AND they wanted a photo-ID -- what sort of health care provider needs a photo-ID and WHY??? Needless to say I walked out on my appointment.

I have been to many Doctors, they seem to always over book their appointments, you Arrive on time, only having to wait like many others, sitting watching TV or reading outdated magazines, on my 2 visits, both times, moments after my arrival at Doctor Berson's office, her courtous and amazing staff always greeted me very well and would send me in right away to see her, also both visits, she was very professional, knowlegable, courtous, had diagnosed my allergy on my first visit. highly recommend

Went as follow up to a sleep study. She's very caring, focused & looking to educate as many people as possible to the affects of sleep disorders. I never realized that my tiredness could be from a sleep disorder. I thought it was the stupid cough I had & went to NUMEROUS doctors last year looking for a cure from! Turns out my sister was prescribed the same medication as me & developed the same horrible cough. She cured me! But I still don't feel rested after sleeping. No other Dr diagnosed it!
