Before my thryoid biopsies, Dr. Kaplan explained everything to me about the procedure. He has a very nice personality and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Also, his nurse, Lisa and the tech, Gregory were also very accommodating. I would recommend this team.

I had a great experience from the reception area, was called to go back for my biopsy within 5 minutes, was escorted by a very nice man and was explained everything in detail as to what was going to be done, ultrasound and biopsy...Dr. Kaplan was extremely
personable, patient in talking to me about what was going to happen and all went very smoothly...I don't have 1 complaint at all....My wife has cancer and went thru 6 months of chemo and now 6 weeks of radiation and I know I was kind of squeezed in for my appt. by Lisa who my wife explained the situation and she wanted to accompany me today, so am thankful to Lisa also...
I would highly recommend Dr. Kaplan to everyone, He was amazing and trust me, my wife will tell you, I am a tough customer but he is great!!

I saw Dr Kaplan for a needle biopsy of a nodule in my thyroid. He explained the procedure which helped to put me as ease. He was gentle and talked me through the entire experience. I felt very anxious going into the procedure but was comfortable with how the procedure was preformed. His staff was great and didn't rush to get me out, instead giving me time to get my "sea legs" back again.

Dr.Kaplan did a great job with my thyroid biopsy. Nothing like I had imagined. He was kind, careful, professional and it didn’t’ take as long as I thought. If I happen to need another one, I would definitely request him.
