Front desk lady had an attitude & sent us to the COVID clinic for my daughters UTI symptoms. They sent us back to her (rightfully so). She made comments The entire time she checked us in. The clinical staff were very nice, did a UA, & prescribed antibiotics... 2 days after the visit I received the urine culture results in mychart...they were abnormal. NO NONE CALLED. I received a call from CVS thats they had a new prescription ready for my daughter. I called the urgent care to clarify if this was in addition or replacing the original antibiotic., was sent to voicemail. NO ONE CALLED ME FOR 2 DAYS. Now 3 days after the abnormal urine culture has been resulted (5 days after the visit with incorrect antibiotics) I get a call like the results JUST came in and they are now calling me in a prescription. Talk about a delay in care and affecting patient outcomes. This should be more than a bad review on google- it would be a risk report or safety alert.

The WORST experience I have EVER had with a doctor. Went to Urgent Care for a 12+ hour migraine. Dr. Shelia Shranatan was arrogant, disrespectful, even mocked me multiple times during the appointment. Provided information that was incorrect and contradictory to two other doctors I have seen for the condition. Should not be in the medical profession if she has no compassion for other human beings.

If I could leave a negative I would. I went to Urgent Care to see if I could get some guidance on some issues. She walked in the room with no introduction looked at me and with a snyde tone said I’m not sure what you want me to do. I can’t help you. You’ll need services I can’t provide here. I guess that included her medical knowledge. Unless you have a cold, sprain or strain her medical knowledge seems to be very limited and her chair side manner SUCKS.
