Dr. Sheila Reddy, MD

I’ve been Dr. Reddy’s patient for about 10 years. In addition to my annual checkups, I’ve had various issues in between. Whatever the problem, she listens carefully then clearly explains the available option(s). She never pushes me into any procedure she suggests.She has a calm personality that helps me relax during my visits. She does seem rushed but understandably. The practice is busy and the waiting room is always about three-quarters full. That said, she never hesitates to answer questions if she needs to stay a bit longer.Her PA, Nasheta, is extremely competent. I trust her judgment and never mind seeing her in place of Dr. Reddy. She has a calm demeanor which helps me relax and ask the questions about my concerns.The reception staff could be more friendly. They’re busy but a friendly smile and greeting would go a long way to help with a first impression. They act as if I’m interrupting by being there. I wouldn't recommend. I was hardly checked on and she rushed me to the counter. Was suffering from pain for almost a month and had so much hope and thought I will get better but no. Waited for almost half hour inside the room after called and she barely listen to the problem. I had terrible experience!

She is one of the very best. And everyone at the surgery center has so many checks and balances to make it comfortable, easy, and efficient. Easy to communicate with, all questions and concerns handled. Excellent reports shared after procedure.

A horrible week after colonoscopy. Poorly handled by all. Two trips to ER trying to find out what was wrong. Even with apologies I felt I had to review. Hopefully my experience was a learning curve for all involved.

Dr Reddy is pleasant, friendly, and always has good advice for how to control my problems. She seems very competent and understanding. Recommended.

I have felt rushed in all of my interactions with Dr Reddy and her medical assistant. Communication is poor, and I can only talk to her medical assistant who often does not have answers to my questions.

Dr Reddy and all of her team treated me very kindly and helped ease any nerves or anxiety I felt prior to my procedure. They took time to answer my questions and made the experience painless and pleasant!

The colonoscopy has not been performed yet but the pre-colonoscopy appointment went well. Dr. Reddy seems very nice and kind. Most importantly, I felt listened to.

I had problems with my bowels. Sometimes having leakage if I had gas. At other times it was hard to go. After my colonoscopy Dr. Reddy explained to me every detail of the findings from my colonoscopy. She answered all my questions and how I should proceed with good nutrition, etc. She is very clear and helpful. I recommend her to anyone who has issues that come from the colon or bowels.

The one thing that stood out was Dr. Reddy’s ability to make me feel at ease by her welcoming smile and handshake, eye contact. Most of all, her honesty and knowledge of seeing the big picture for my visit. Thank you also to the office staff.

I went for a follow-up after my colonoscopy. I have had a cough and sore throat for a year and a half. I had gone to a Pulmonary dr, ENT, gynecologist, and urologist. All stated it was gastro related. I explained to Dr. Reddy my symptoms and my past experiences. I felt brushed off and rushed. She was dismissive and rude. She kept cutting me off and not listening. She then said ' you're not listening, I'm telling you this is not gastro related.' I had to ask her to try some medication. Anything to try to help me. She then stated ' fine, I'll prescribe some medication..but its not going to help.' 'I want to see you back in two months for a follow-up.' At that time we will do an acid PH level test'. She seemed in a hurry to get done with me.I left feeling like I was completely ignored and it felt like a waste of my time. She didn't really try to help me. Or listen to my symptoms. Why couldnt she do the testing on that day? Why wait two months? And now I question if I should medication

Dr. Reddy is very accurate in every way to diagnose and resolve the problem that is causing my discomfort she doesn’t stop till she finds the main medical condition that is what all Doctors should do!!!

I went to her to get a Colonoscopy done. She and her staff did a great job. They were efficient, caring and thorough in getting the procedure done and then the post care followup was excellent.

She is attentive and listens to what is going on in your life. She is diligent in getting what will work for you. Her office is friendly and organized

I was referred to Dr.Reedy and was nervous to see her. She answered all my questions, walked me through my upcoming procedure. She really made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Reddy is an amazing doctor. She is thorough and listens to her patients. You can tell she really cares and works hard to get to the bottom of symptoms/condition. Waited long and felt like i was a bother
