Fortunately for him, he’s dealing with my husband and not me. He annotated on medical notes that he performed an exam which he did NOT. In orthopedics, certain exams must be done to come to a correct diagnosis and treatment plan. A medical note is a legal document, so lying on one begs to question what else would he be doing (or not doing) in the treatment process. This is something I personally would fire a provider for and should be taken very seriously. Remember, if you’re a patient, YOU are the final say in your treatment.

Dr. Homedan saw me the same day I was referred. He was very pleasant and explained everything well.

I had double knee surgery. I noticed a difference in the feeling in my legs immediately on waking. The doctor had twisted an artery during surgery, but couldn't be bothered to figure out the problem. I ended up having to be flown to a Des Moines facility for a fasciotomy (look it up, not a fun surgery!) to save my leg. Upon my return to his facility, his only reaction to my predicament, "that's going you be an ugly scar." He's a good surgeon as long as everything goes right, but he takes no interest after he's done cutting. Look for a surgeon elsewhere.

After total hip replacement 2 years ago, I'm pain free for the first time in years. I recommend his services to everyone I know!
