I had a follow up scheduled with her for Wednesday 2 weeks after getting out of the hospital, to go over test results and treatment options. The Friday before the follow up appointment, Dr. Myers called to inform me that I did have MS and that she would like me to be seen at the MS clinic. The following Monday, Dr. Myers office called to inform me that they cancelled my appointment and would not provide a referral to the MS clinic she wanted me to be seen at. I was Dr. Myers patient for a couple of years before she moved from northern Virginia. I found her to be a great doctor! I went to her for migraines. I was taking a preventative medication at the time and we worked together to find a more affective medication. She asked many probing questions and took the time to find out as much as she could about me and the issues I was having. I always felt listened to. I was sad to see her go.
