Disappointing customer service
Was rescheduled 3 consecutive times within a few weeks and they said they called multiple times on the last one to let me know and left messages. That was not true- according to my phone, they called once in the morning for an afternoon appointment and left no voice mail.

New Patient Visit & Follow-Up
As a newer resident of Hopkinsville, I was delighted to find Dr. Godwin. On my initial visit, I found Dr. Godwin to be professional yet easy to talk to, a good listener regarding my health status and issues, and proactive about attending to my needs regarding testing, lifestyle, and therapy for long-term challenges. She was sensitive to my concerns, asked pertinent questions, and gave me all the help I needed to improve my health over the past year. I'm looking forward to my upcoming annual checkup!
