The craziest thing happened with this office! I called to see if I could see Dr. Malik as a new patient. They stated they possibly could but needed a referral. My doctor sent a referral and Dr. Malik's office called me back to say they got the referral and wanted to make my appt (on my voicemail). I called their office back on Monday and they said they cannot see my case. I was shocked. I re-listened to the voicemail again. It was the same lady, stating my name and they wanted to make a new patient appt. I called back yet again and told her it was her voice! I am shocked and the disorganization and rudeness. I guess I am glad I learned now instead of later.

Dr. Malik is absolutely FANTASTIC!
I cannot stress enough how wonderful I think Dr. Malik is! She is so attentive and always encourages asking questions about upcoming tests and procedures as well as to voice any medical concerns. She has even returned messages to me at 3am!!! Although I wish I didn't need her services, I sure appreciate having her as such a fantastic medical professional in my corner!I've already referred her to many of my family and friends! She's the absolute BEST!!

Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional. I waited 4 months for an appointment and was cancelled 2 hours before my scheduled appointment. I have been in pain for months to find out she no longer treats my condition. This could have been relayed to me at the time of scheduling my appointment or anytime in the last 4 months. I do not recommend this provider or office to anyone. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Highly recommend
Dr Malick was professional and skillful in her assessment of the level of prolapse I had. She was informative in explaining to me the type of surgery I needed so that I was able to understand what needed to be done. The surgery was very successful. Dr Malick handled unforeseen complications in my procedure. All of the staff at Banner Hospital provided me with the care and attention I needed, Dr Malick's assistant, Debbie, is wonderful and handled my pre-op and post-op needs in every way. I highly recommend Dr Malick for the type of surgery I had. She is amazing and a truly skilled surgeon!

I am so impressed with Dr Malik. She is so understanding. Knowledgeable kind and overall awesome. She spent a lot of time with my mom. She may run a little behind on appointments but it was because of the time she spends with each patient. She is worth the wait. She will spend that same amount of time with you. So happy we found her.

While Dr. Malik might be good at what she does, her office staff stinks. They never return phone calls. I am waiting for over 2 months to get something scheduled and this is not the first time. Debbie takes many days to return a call, if at all, and the same with Myrna. I've never seen anything like it. The front desk staff are very young and unprofessional and not friendly at all. I always dread having to deal with them. Also, the doctor has never been on time for an appointment, or even close. The first time I waited over 1½ hours for her, or maybe more. She also doesn’t listen at all. She is always talking over you and going on and on. She needs to be more concise and simplify her findings. It gets very confusing. It's unfortunate that Dr. Malik is one of very few doctors that specializes in her field, or I would never step foot in that office again.

I was referred to Dr Malik by my primary care physician. I could not have been more pleased with the care and compassion Dr. Malik extended to me. She is the ultimate professional and explores all options to a problem. So refreshing to have such a kind and knowledgeable doctor who did not rush through a visit and treated me like a unique individual.

She’s kinda arrogant but all super brilliant people are. Look past it because she is worth it. If you need special care for your vagina, this is the one person who you can turn to. Excellent, kind, and thorough. I had complications from giving birth 10 years prior and she was the only one who understood and gave me hope. And a tighter vagina. I’ve had multiple surgeries done by her because I trust her and I don’t have massive scars; even though my insides were a mess, she fixed me up right, the first time. Later I needed a hysterectomy and she got that out and now I feel amazing. She also works with neurostimulators for those of us with nerve damage and mine has made a world of difference. Her staff is always polite and helpful. She’s an Ob sure, but she’s so much more. A urogynocologist! That’s someone who’s worked and earned her place at the top...dedicated! You want the best and Dr Malik is the best. This woman is a badass! Don’t be afraid to speak up, she is there for you.

Not a likelihood of referring this Dr. She talks over the patient, doesn't listen to the patient. Explaining the procedure to be done is great and should be done, but when your patient is 79 the short and to the point is the best so that it's understandable to the patient, not confusing. Dr. Malik never called to check on her after surgery. Just six months after surgery on my 79yr. old mother, her problem is back. Now we have to start over with the same situation.

While wait times are long, it was worth it. At 70, needing long put off repairs, she and her staff (Debbie) answered any and all my questiosn, even when I forgot something I was told, they were more than accommodating with answers. I had a very successful outcome, and the hospital experience was also as good as one can expect! Dr Malik is extremely skilled in her area and Id trust my only daughter to her care if the need arose!

Doesn't listen to the patient & both her & her nurse has lied about symptoms after my surgery. My bladder prolapsed after surgery, pushing out of my vaginal opening and penetration was extremely painful, even without any penetration I was having a lot of pain but was told I wasn't. I told I had vaginal atrophy and the prolapse was only minor, all I needed to do was train my bladder & do exercises to stop the frequent urinating prob. 2 other Drs. say that they are not sure if it can be fixed.
