The doctor was nice and he did listen to all of my information and seem to take it all in. For me personally I could've used just a little bit more demonstrative behavior just to show some more empathy and compassion. But overall, he was very nice and would recommend.

I've not met the Dr before. It felt very transactional and rushed to wrap it up and move to the next patient. I did feel we covered everything and we have a plan so that is all good.

This Dr did not seem to have any interest in me or what my health background was. He talked to me like I was stupid and didn't understand my own body. He gave me some incorrect info, which I questioned but he stuck with what he said. I later looked up the info and he was in fact incorrect as I had assumed. It was like he didn't care what I had to say, just wanted to get me out of there. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I will never come back to MNGI after this experience.

I alluded to the fact that I was disappointed with the procedure follow-up but there was no response. At that point I basically tuned him out. It's over! Done! I'm moving on! I recognize that the fact my husband's health was keeping me stressed to the max has impacted my response to all of this. I'm sure Dr. Iqbal must be a caring person and that it's sometimes hard to project that with a single patient interaction. I just didn't get that when I most needed it and made the mistake of being too "nice" and not demanding what I needed.

It was okay. I definitely have a lower acuity issue but seemed to almost laughed at my complaints like I was dumb and haven't been dealing with the same thing for over a year. Shocking I'm frustrated
