I needed my fourth Mohs surgery right before moving to Denver and delayed care until I arrived... I did my research and found someone who had positive reviews. I received a Mohs surgery from Dr. Francis and the surgery itself went well and I was in good hands in Dr. Francis's care. The billing department, however, has been a nightmare. I overpaid at my first visit and had to follow up to make sure the balance was put toward my surgery. The surgery claim didn't post to my insurance for months and it was *very* difficult to get a response via email or phone from billing. Finally, the first billing statement I received (almost five months after my surgery) was inaccurate by over $100. I will be finding a new dermatology office moving forward, which is really too bad.

Amazing! Love Dr. Francis! Been going to her for years. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and skilled. I look forward to seeing her for dermatological needs as well as cosmetic.

Dr. Francis is kind, attentive, and patient; and she is always ready for me at my appointment time.

Terrible experience. Waited almost an hour. Because she was late, my appt was very rushed. She was condescending and acted like I was asking stupid questions. It was as if coming in for a preventive check up was a waste of her time. She made no effort to make me feel comfortable, in fact her “bedside manner” was the worst I’ve ever experienced. She didn’t offer any help, solutions or remedies; I have found better info doing google searches. I left feeling disgusted how I was treated.

Dr. Francis is friendly and highly professional. She is excellent with diagnosis and treatment and provides the highest quality of care. She listens well and does only the procedures that are necessary. She has treated me successfully for 2 conditions. In addition, she performed extensive moh's surgery on my husband's nose and the outcome was outstanding. Her staff is excellent from the front desk to her highly qualified medical staff.

Hi everybody, Ray here. I have taken too long to share my experience with Dr Francis and her office of professional(s) as a patient for a MOHS procedure in mid-May 2016. 3 surgeries (near my left eye, my upper lip and centured on my chest). I asked a ton of questions, before during and after. All answers offered rang true in procedure and results. Over the last 9 months I have returned for various laser treatments (hair, wrinkles, age spots). Very satisfied. My go-to for skin care. For real.

Dr Francis is an incredibly caring and knowledgeable doctor. She explains everything well and makes sure you understand. I have recommended her to several friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She has treated both my wife and myself for skin cancer and we continue to see her regularly for follow up skin checks.

Went to see Dr. Francis to check an area of concern. Was found to have a minor skin cancer that they were certain could be treated without incident. The office visit, to the staff -top notch!
