I would recommend Dr. Dean to everyone I know. He is an awesome plastic surgeon. The Keloid scar on my chest is almost completely healed. I am so pleased with the way it looks now. I have had several injections now and the results are amazing. I had a single breast procedure done due to excess fat and a lump in one breast. As a skinny guy, I was always self conscious about one breast being bigger than the other. Dr. Dean and his extremely helpful staff came in and not only got me a surgery scheduled in amazing time, the surgery itself was a breeze and Dr dean did what he promised to do: make my chest symmetrical. It has been just 5 months from the surgery and my breast is already completely flat and my chest is symmetrical again. I no longer have to even question about wearing a tight shirt because it no longer is an issue. Thanks for everything Dr. Dean!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my breast reduction surgery. I love my results. From an F to a D and my back pain was gone almost immediately. I would recommend Dr. Dean and his staff 10/10. If you have been hesitant, do it! You are worth it.

Dr. Dean was the upmost professional with me, and I completely trusted him. He fixed my broken nose and deviated septum. Dr Dean, is hands down my favorite Dr. After a mastectomy due to cancer, Dr Dean reconstructed my right breast from a flat pancake to a healthy looking size breast which matches the size of my left one - 36c - which he lifted. I'm still amazed of what he managed to accomplish. Not only is his work exceptional, he's also one of those rare doctors with whom you feel total comfort. He's very friendly and supportive. He transfers medical information in a very clear and concise manner compared to the Drs whom make you reach for a dictionary to decipher what exactly was said. And he certainly does not have that weird superior stance many Drs waddle around with. He's super cool, he's current, he's a bit of a reconstruction rock star and I am beyond grateful he is my Dr.

Dr. Dean was assigned to me by my health insurance company when I sought a radical breast reduction/ gender-affirming chest masculinization ("top surgery"). He turned out to be wonderful. He listened to the result I wanted and brought his expert opinion to the table, and all his ideas turned out to pay off. I was able to get a surgery date within a month of the insurance authorization. The operation and recovery went perfectly, and my results look and feel great! I am so glad I went to Dr. Dean instead of paying out of pocket and waiting 6-9 months for an appointment with a surgeon who exclusively performs top surgery. Dr. Dean is extremely knowledgeable and nonjudgmental. His kind, incredibly calm manner is reassuring, and everyone in his office is very helpful as well. I would go back again for another procedure if I wanted one.

Dr. Shay Dean is phenomenal! I'm impressed with the level of professionalism & care that he & his staff provide. He is a true visionary with a skillfully trained eye for transforming & reconstructing parts of the anatomy that require it. I, recently, had a breast reduction, as an outpatient, on breasts that appeared worn & tired. As a result of massive weight loss, the force of gravity was working overtime & a slab of loose skin remained on either side of my breasts. I needed help and Dr. Dean was & still continues to be the answer for me. He provides a tranquil & warm office for his patients’ comfort. It is very Zen. I love it! I had a feeling I was in good hands & I was correct. Dr. Dean respects your time & does not keep patients waiting long. He is kind, relaxed, & welcomes questions & concerns. His experience & skill set for the reconstruction of the breast is impressive. Figuratively speaking, he worked his magic like a wizard! I feel as though my breasts are a creation of art.

Wonderful Staff & Excellent Surgeon. Dr. Dean is an amazing Doctor who is obviously living his calling. I was completely comfortable and at ease with him as my surgeon. Dr. Shay Dean is absolutely one of the kindest surgeons, human beings I’ve ever met, truly! His office team is amazing too, Brenda and Adrina. I? had a botched BA a year ago that broke my physical and mental self esteem. Dr. Dean reconstructed my breasts to look perfect, and exactly what I wanted! My experience with Dr. Dean has been fantastic. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014; therefore, after my chemo I had to get a breast reduction to make them even. Dr. Dean had to reconstruct my breast due to an awful breast reduction results. After my surgery, I had a totally different experience and results.
