The worst office manager in the world. Soraya is the most odious in the world. Avoid the staff, find another doctor.

Dr. Norris performed ankle surgery on my right ankle and managed my recovery over the next 6 months. I am very grateful for his excellent care, he made it possible for me to walk and dance and run again. Dr. Norris is experienced, professional, knowledgeable and has excellent communication with patients. Thank you for your care!

I had an 8:30 app. and I got there at 8:25 I was 1st in. I sat there for 15 to 20 Mins. before being called along with2 other people. There I waited another 20 Mins. Then I went to checkout and receptionist was looking at a piece of paper, there was also another female sitting there who I believe was the office manager never tried to address me. she then got up to help the receptionist and totally ignoring me. After 5 mins. I left and neither one of them tried to stop me.I call 3 time asking to speak with Dr. Norris and I never got past the off. mana. I then asked to the dr. call me. My appointment July 1 and today is July 4 and still no call. I was there at least 45 mins .but that piece of paper was more important. FYI I've been a patient for about 1 and a half years but no more and I will share this with everyone I recommended and more. The Dr. should thank the office manager. The Dr. and the rest of the staff were GREAT.

I visited this practice a little over a year ago. Although the doctor did everything he had to do, his office staff failed by not scheduling a follow up visit, provide the prescription suggested by the doctor and providing information on lab results. Instead they blamed me for their own shortcomings. It is unfortunate that a good doctor is surrounded by such incredibly mediocre support staff.

Dr. Norris actually spoke with my husband and also listened to his issues. The problem in his foot and ankles are solved and if they ever come up again (arthritis does not go away!) we will go back, but it's been quite some time now and all is still good. The office staff is extremely helpful and everyone is very pleasant. I can't thank Dr. Norris enough as no one likes to see anyone in pain.

This Dr. Is a fraud! Billed my insurance company 2 times for strappings, and only handed me metatarsal pads! He got paid both times, and still wants money for deductible??? He got paid for both, which is much more than I owed him. I worked in Podiatry for years, so I know! Insurance fraud would be a great definition for this!!!

Dr. Norris and his staff at the Coral Springs office are consummate professionals. Wait time is a minimum. The care offered is personalized, and all staff are friendly, efficient, and caring. I felt that my issue was thoroughly addressed and the treatment proposed appropriate. My experiences at all the various Certified Foot and Ankle offices have been consistently positive. The online patient portal is very helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr Norris for a couple of years now and find him and his practice totally professional. I would recommend him to anyone needing foot care.
