Exceptional Physician
Dr Hayes represents how all doctors should be. He’s caring, professional, very knowledgeable, patient and connects with his patient. He really listens to everything you say. He has a great sense of humor but is very serious about the care that he gives his patient. He makes you feel like you can trust him and he’s very easy to talk to. I only wish that I had found him sooner. (Side bar - he wears nice shoes & is a sharp dresser)

Dr Hayes always takes the time to listen. He always respects my opinion about options for treatment, even when it is totally opposite of his. He always makes me feel like I am the only patient he has that day. He is an asset to his profession.

I have been Dr Hayes' patient for over 15 years. I have great confidence in his exceptional knowledge and professionalism He is patient and clear in explaining his diagnoses, prescriptions and treatments. He's also very personable... a nice guy!

Dr. Hayes is an excellent physician. He is well read, has an eidetic memory, cares about his patients, and spends plenty of time with them, offering various treatment options. His staff also cares. The only negative about dealing with Dr. Hayes is Centra Health. Trying to get a correct bill is a consistently horrible experience. When you have tests & try to pay in full the day of service, & explicitly state that, you still end up with EXPONENTIALLY hidden costs, that show up later. Horrible.
