My 1st appt to this Pain specialist was also my last. I had a difficult time opening the very large heavy windowless wooden fire door that opens out into hallway due to debilitating pain and weakness. After filling out extensive online pre appt medical info in which i identified being unable to sit longer than 10 min without pain, i sat in waiting room on a hard plastic cafeteria chair for a good half hr. Was instantly rushed and shut down by the frazzled nurse who saw me in the back right before the Dr. I was asked why i was there then cut off being told that wasnt what was in the computer. I brought organized and relevant scans, clinicals to help this new provider understand my chronic complicated medical hx of spine, neck, joint, muscle etc pain that resulted in my visit. Was told he had "no time for that" bc the appt was for 15 min. I told her to take scans to him as Id rather he review them than waste time rehashing all this. She replied, "Do you want this appt or not?" Horrible.
