I will NOT be going back to see Dr. Diggs
It's a long story and I will try to make it short. One of the reason I'm not going back is I had a procedure done there and received a bill saying I owed over $100. because the insurance would not cover it, so I paid it. The following I received a statement from my insurance co. staying that they did not paid because it was coded wrong from the Doctors office. I sent the doctor a copy of the statement along with a letter about a couple things that went wrong. The doctor called me and said she would get back to me by the end of the week, she never did. A few weeks later I went in for a follow up and I ask her what was going on with my account and she said she would have to go to her office and she would be right back, well she never came back and sent a employee to tell me she would call the next day.Well guess what I'm still waiting to here from her.

Dr. Diggs is a very concern about the total you. My primary Dr. recommended her and she is a good fit for my eczema. She is very approachable even in the public and down to earth.

I went to her specifically for cosmetic laser treatment. Since cosmetic work is not covered by insurance and is always self pay I did not give my insurance info. Both she and her staff repeatedly bullied me because I would not give my insurance info which they did not need. She then never discussed laser treatment (probably doesn't offer it) then wanted to sell me products. No I do not recommend and would never go back. She's unprofessional in my opinion.

I have experienced sun damage to my face and was referred to Dr. Shauna Diggs by my personal M.D. Very good experience overall, and very good results. I continue to seek facial treatment almost every spring for the same procedure that provides excellent results. I highly recommend this Doctor who excels in every important area of concern for my facial appearance. Give her a try to find out why!
