Dr. Shaun Kramer, MD

I don’t understand how this doctor has such good reviews…I never complain because I’m just an all around nice person..I don’t like to complain but I have had Dr. Kramer more than once and he is never helpful or friendly…he’s arrogant and kind of brushes you off, doesn’t look at you when you are talking which makes me feel like he’s not interested in listening to you and my mom feels the same way about him…I’ve seen him a few times at urgent care so I’ve given him a few chances until I finally complained about him…everyone else is super friendly and helpful at the urgent care in Whittier but in my opinion this doctor is not friendly at all…I’m very friendly so don’t think I am not…I love everyone but I need to avoid this doctor…I’m glad everyone else has had good experiences with him…I will continue to go to Whittier because aside from this doctor I like PIH Whittier. I just feel bad I wasted my time and money and I was late to work this morning and I felt like I really wasn’t taken care of.

He basically came in and looked at me for a minute although I told him I was in pain. The only advice he offered me was that if I continued to be in pain to go to emergency. He didn't even check out the areas where I had pain.

First time seeing Doctor Cramer it was a Follow up very pleased Felt comfortable and he is very patient friendly understanding and I would see him again if needed I would definitely make him my primary Doctor once mine retires Dr. Cramer seems trustworthy ands it's hard to find that now a days definitely 5 stars.
