Dr Harper may be a very good cardiologist, but my experience with him was not so positive. I entered PeaceHealth with a heart attack and my cardiologist was in Portland. So I was assigned a team including Dr Harper and at least a half-dozen hospitalists from Sound. They all came in the room many times - sometimes as many as 3 at a time - and they seemed to be trying to "sell" more expensive tests without giving time to think. I never went to Dr Harper's office due to this experience.

I Do not have an overwhelming Heart issue, I have Pulmonary Hypertension. Dr. Harper eased my fear and panic by his confidence in himself, His knowledge of heart problems, his steadfast belief in me to follow his instructions. He is an Excellent Cardiologist, with a vast knowledge and experience. I would eagerly and confidently recommend him to anyone who wants to extend their lives if they have heart problems. He will be there for you. D. R. Albee. PS. make your appt. a.s.a.p. waiting list.

Dr. Harper took care of my mother about 8 years ago. He is wonderful. Working in CT and ultrasound myself I know good from bad doctors, and should I ever need a cardiologist ..... he's the one. I would recommend him to everyone .... and I have !!
