Child births in 1990 1992 and 1998
It’s sad to read some of these comments. I do realize everyone does have the right to share their opinions and experiences. I just wanted to leave my review as well. I am just speaking for myself and wanted to share my experiences with her. Dr. Sharon Weaver was my OBGYN for three of my children and for my basic gynecological needs before I moved. When she was my Doctor she was so kind, caring, passionate and understanding. Especially for being young in my 20’s for 2 of my birth experiences she always answered all of my questions and concerns and made me feel at ease. She checked on me during labor and was great for my deliveries. During my pregnancies I also did see Nurse Practitioner Mary on occasion for my monthly pregnancy checkups. Nurse Mary was great too.

I would not recommend this Dr. I had a ablation done. Something went radical wrong I went back twice and Dr Weaver shrugged it off as a UTI. I had bad pelvic pain for 20 mos. during that time I went to her for a yearly exam and after very painful physical exam she said I had a big cyst. Finally my family Dr. had me go for a Pelvic Ultrasound. That ablation was incomplete and I had a 5” opening between the 2 linings of the uterus filling up tissue and blood. I then had a hysterectomy. I’m not one to criticize Dr. very often as they are human. However I believe some of them need to let go of the patient load and slow down.

05/2006 she told me a lump in my breast was a cyst & had her staff hand me a mammogram order for the wrong breast. She made me feel stupid for worrying so I didn't get it done. 15 mos later I was dx'd w/ breast cancer, it was very aggressive & spread to my liver. I almost died from this cancer. She is rushed, but attentive, IF you are pregnant. If you aren't, she has NO TIME for you. Yrs later I told her what happened & she was very dismissive & unapologetic.

I felt as though Flight of the Bumblebees should be playing in the background during my appt. I was breezed in and out of there so fast, it was almost laughable. I told Dr. Weaver I had a list of questions for her, and I didn't even have a chance to pull the list out of my purse before she was out of the door. I tried to call her back in, she poked her head in for a moment, answered one question, and was gone again in a flash. They missed a diagnosis that was easily caught by my next OBGYN

She does NOT listen to her patients. I had been having problems for years after my last child. The only option I would not try was the IUD. After trying everything else I begged and begged for years for a hysterectomy. She would not do it. I just had a radical hysterectomy due to cancer that was not caught by her until this year. It was a 4cm mass. My oncologist was surprised it wasn't caught last year by the size. Also she promotes Essure and refuses to believe patients with issues it is causin

Dr. Weaver has no bedside manner other than to be rude a condescending to her patients. Her staff is clearly overworked as you are rushed in and rushed out and, if you don't answer their questions quick enough they get exhasperated with you and move on to the next question without allowing you the dignity of time to respond. She should definitely not be accepting new patience as her caseload is more than she can handle already. She and her staff were completely rude to me.
