Dismissive. rude, rushes, doesn't listen. Very condescending to older patients.

Sharon has been my doctor for over 15 years. She is knowledgeable, a terrific listener, and takes the time to explain things. I’ve had my fair share of ailments through the years, as well as routine physicals, and she has never steered me wrong.

I have been seeing Dr.Springer for over 15 years. I agree with the other reviewers. She is very thorough, compassionate and a good listener. She also helps to manage the case when other specialists need to be involved. I feel very lucky to have found her.

Dr Springer is amazing. She listens and shows genuine concern and compassion. The nurses are kind and generally know their stuff. Office manager is difficult to deal with at times. The regular office staff is nice. NP is condescending and doesn't listen, PA is good for straightforward things.

Dr SPRINGER is knowledgable and kind...when you see HER. Normally, you will see a nurse, RN or NP even when requesting the doctor. The receptionist Marty seems to go out of his way to belittle and degrade you when calling so the task of asking for prescriptions or appointments is daunting. If you dare cancel an appointment (even for illness) there is zero understanding and plenty of ridicule. I am seeking other PROFESSIONAL medical advice and care immediately.
