How the heck are you? Lost your email shortly after you left. Just found you, lol. Lost 19lbs over 2yrs. an maintaining. A1C 6.0, cholesterol 150, LDL 94, Tri's 130. Doing well cept for a fall on wet kitchen floor July 4th weekend, injured both kidneys and vertebrae OUCHY. Just getting back to normal. Had ICD implant but 3rd. line couldn't be done (several years ago). Lived on liquids for 10days couldn't move without excruciating pain. Drop me a line if you view this please. moccasintracks @ yahoo.com Enjoy your mountains this fall. Raw, windy, chilly, and a lot of off and on rain here. Can't stand new Reliant Auburn location, bldg. and staff are very cold (personality wise). Got a good PC and Heart specialist at least. Love my heart Dr. He is a gem! EXCELLENT! Hopefully you will view this and drop a line. How's that knee?
