Dr. Sharmel Kasten, DO

I've always been completely impressed with Dr. Kasten, and she's been my primary care doctor for 6 years. She is really smart and friendly, and I particularly like that she is a DO and not an MD. Several times she has recommended an treatment that was from normal household items, where an MD would have just given me drugs. The problem is I never see her any more, only her assistants. I think her attention is focused on her concierge patients, which will cost my wife and I $200 month out of pocket. But - I like Dr. Kasten enough that I'll join the concierge service.

I've always experienced kind and courteous staff. They are friendly and attentive here. They Really do care about their patients. I've only had to wait once maybe a half hour later past my appointment time. Which isn't bad. I enjoy having Dr. Sharmel Kasten as my Dr. over the years. She is very kind and takes the time to explain things in depth with you. She isnt the type that will rush you out the office. She is attentive and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and the RNs are Amazing.

The whole office is so polite and Mary is amazing at the front desk. Every single person there is so professional and I love Dr. Kasten and how much she cares about all of my well-being.

I love my Dr and Staff they are the best I have ever been to in Clovis Ca. Fast pleasant and always address my problems immediately I feel better! Thank you to you all and excellent Dr is what I needed and I found Her!!

Love Dr. Kasten and her staff! She really listens to the patient and wants a partnership in your healthcare. Can't recommend her highly enough!!

Dr. Kasten is smart and thorough and I followed her when she left Clovis Medical. The problem is the HORRENDOUS wait times when you arrive for your appointments. Average is 30-45 minutes but today was 1.5 hours. Unacceptable and unprofessional - I will not be back.

Horrible! Rude staff! Dr. Kasten does not care about patients! My appointment was canceled due to the fact she randomly decided to take a few days off. Staff are rude and unprofessional. Save the frustration and find a doctor who cares about their patients!

She is always gives great care. She cares about her patients and there experience. She is willing to listen and even do new things to help her patients. She goes above and beyond.

Dr.Kasten is by far the BEST primary care doctor we've ever had! She's thorough, personal and very caring! My family is so blessed to have a doctor who truly cares about her patients and puts them first!! She's warm and friendly, and on top of all current medical knowledge. My husband and I have had some serious medical issues and have had amazing care from Dr. Kasten and the specialists she referred us to. They have great respect for her as well! She's the WHOLE PACKAGE!!

She's very thorough and LISTENS! She has helped me with several problems over the years and I appreciate her digging until she gets the correct diagnosis. I highly recommend her!
