Wonderful Doctor!
I have followed Dr. Berg through several locations as she is one of the best doctors I've ever visited. She is always personable and takes all the time we need to make sure any questions I have are addressed completely. I believe there should be a partnership between patient and doctor, and Dr. Berg agrees with that completely. She makes sure to give me options for any concerns I have without talking down to me and isn't a 'pill pusher'. I trust her judgement.

Dr Berg failed to meet minimum requirements of care for me after a billing dispute with my husband(not her patient). She refused to see me, give me results of blood work, or follow up with my health concerns. But she still enjoyed the benefits of being listed as my primary with Florida Blue.

Incompetent
She’s incompetent, doesn’t tell the truth nor does she listen. Been waiting for neurologist referral and appt since 6/2022. I’ve had multiple head injuries since around April. Staff doesn’t call back as promised re getting me in sooner to neurologist. I’ve been advised by several medical care specialists and pharmacist that a ct with contrast should be done to no avail. Instead it’s easier for her to treat her way instead of what’s best for patient. In the meantime, I suffer.

Does not give proper care. Will not authorize proper tests. Denied me a chest x ray. Diagnosed by another as having lung cancer. In my opinion, this office should not be in existence.

Dr Berg was very unprofessional. I've never had a Dr yell at me over the phone and not let me get a word in. She was also very rude to my Husband. There was a misunderstanding about a prescription and she accused me of doctor shopping. I've never had anyone especially a doctor speak to me the way she did. Please do yourself a favor and look for a different doctor.

DOCTOR A+ NURSES A+ STAFF A+ Office staff and nurses call to see how we are doing after recovering from an illness. Dr Berg called my home to welcome us to her clinic and she acquired some basic health information(never have I had a doctor call me at home). If I had to file a compliant against this clinic, I would not know where to start.

Dr. Berg seems a very competent physician, but you should be aware that she runs a "combination" practice, i.e., she prefers to do her specialties (cardiology, pain management) herself, rather than referring to specialists. In many instances, this may be fine, but in some complex situations, she may be going over her training.
