Lung cancer diagnosis
I saw Dr. Chandrika sometime in April 2024 for a nodule in my lung. She suspected that it was Adino Carcinoma even though the PET scan showed no cancerous activity. She advised me to have it removed. I went to Sloan and had biopsy done and guess what? She was right in her diagnosis! I had the nodule removed in May of 2024. I am now cancer free. No radiation and no immunotherapy. Thanks to Dr. Chandrika for perfect diagnosis at perfect time! I am greatful to her for my quality life!

Good Samaritan Hospital
Dr. Chandrika was absolutely amazing! My brother was at Good Samaritan Hospital where he was intubated and later had a trach put in. His attending doctor wanted to send him to a rehabilitation center and have the trach stay in for around 3 months. We were devasted. However, before my brother was going to leave for rehabilitation, Dr .Chandrika saw him and said there was no need for him to go to rehab and that the trach could be removed. The very next day the trach was removed and my brother went home and he has been doing great ever since. THANK YOU to this doctor for saving him months at a rehab when he didn't need it. We are so grateful for her. She's smart and is super personable....highly recommend.
