Dirty, unsafe environment. Receptionist coughing on her way into the office then opened the door with no mask on and told me to come in. She got rude when I asked her to put a mask on. Upon entry, I found the office in dirty and in terrible shape so I took pictures to complain to my insurance company. After leaving the Dr. called and yelled at me.

This was the worse experience ever in my life. I came in for the routine check and I am still having problems with the administration since they weren't capable in submitting a claim properly. In order to receive some extra money, the doctor submitted a false diagnosis. I went back to the office and complained, so they said I owe $0. However, they didn't resubmit the claim to my insurance and they have no idea what that means. They are the rudest people I met and not capable in working.
