Dr. Shantala Samart, MD

I am the daughter of a patient that sees Dr Samart. I must say she has done a phenomenal job with my mom and her treatment. Her staff is very very sweet, caring and patient. Misty is always there to help when we call with any questions or concerns. Thank you Dr. Samart for caring for my mom.

Great Dr and caring Staff

The staff here is amazing! They answer every question no matter what time it is. I have called at weak and did not get voicemail but an actual person. Their patient care is excellent as well. They are always smiling a d happy to serve

Incapable of properly diagnosing a recurring issue, spreads slanderous accusations in medical record based on guesses not facts, to cover her failure to be objective and work towards a solution. Creates a hostile environment that is mentally abusive. Created a situation that has been emotionally, and medically devastating for a patient. An infectious disease doctor who can't get rid of an infection so she will accuse you of causing it. A very horrible doctor. She should be ashamed of her judgemental self righteousness. Her lack of compassionate care is no way to treat patients.

My mom received poor medical service. She is very impersonal. If I could give a zero star, I would give a zero.

I have never experienced like this before she is very rude. Don’t care about patient all about her money.

My visit was extremely short (about 15 min) because the doctor pushed me along without care. Dr. Samart did not answer any of my questions, did not address any of my concerns, nor did she give any recommendations or guidance on where to go from there. I was referred to her by a different specialist. I was very disappointed that not only did I get nothing from the expensive specialist visit, but she pushed me along and truly did not care about helping me.. I DO NOT recommend going to her or ID Partners in general.

She is an an Outstanding Doctor. She communicates with patients with language other than "Doctor Speak". She is a very caring person and Charming. She Loves eating Catfish. She IS the Doctor you want to have working on your problems.
