Dr. Pitts is the best doctor I have ever had. She is incredibly responsive and spends the time to help with any problems I have ever had! If you are lucky enough to get into her practice, grab it quickly!!

Dr. Pitts is good. However one male staffer in her office is extremely arrogant and rude. There was a mix-up of the prescription that was sent to my pharmacy and I ended up getting the wrong dosage. I brought this to their attention and it was not handled very well. The guy was abrasive, defensive, argumentative - not what I expect from a doctor's office. This put me off. Dr. Pitts' reaction was that I must have not visited many doctors' offices to be surprised by such behavior. I had to leave.
