Dr Brumunds biller CEP America Vituity HORRIBLE
Dr Brumund is not employed by Northwest Community Hospital. She is an independent physician and uses CEP America Vituity as her billing company. This company does not get a patients information such as address or phone number to send their bills to and so the patient never gets the bill and then after not getting the bill, and the bill goes unpaid Vituity uses a collections agency called Wakefield to send you a collections notice. Vituity does not answer the phone and I had to choose the option as an attorney to get someone to answer the phone. The customer service representative was very unhelpful and blamed Northwest Community Hospital for not giving them my address or phone number to contact me about the bill. Now I am in collections. When going to the Emergency room at Northwest Community Hospital make sure you are seen by an employee of the hospital and not by an independent physician like Dr Shannon Brumund.
